eCommerce merchants in Europe now may consult MRC in Madrid
The Merchant Risk Council (MRC), a merchant-led trade association focused on electronic commerce risk and payments globally, announces the opening of the MRC Europe office in Madrid, Spain.
Led by Nicolas Vedrenne, MRC Managing Director for Europe, the Madrid office connects merchants, risk management solution providers, law enforcement officials and financial institutions with specific programmes that are dedicated to making e-Commerce more efficient, safe and profitable.
"MRC Europe is a natural extension of the successful programmes the MRC has offered in North America," says Vedrenne. "On one hand, European online merchants face many of the same fraud issues, security risks and payment challenges that U.S. merchants face. On the other hand, there are many nuances between the two continents, and the MRC is adapting to best serve the specific needs of the European merchant community."
